April 2024
The Silverpoint onsite display suite opening has been such a huge success. We have been overwhelmed by feedback from our visitors on the quality of the build, variety and spaciousness of the floor plans particularly from our downsizing clients and the interior finishes selection from the display suite.
Roof going on from 6 May 2024 despite the frequent heavy rain in Nelson Bay lately.
Level 1 – Painting and tiling complete, joinery expected to be completed by end-May.
Level 2 – Painting and tiling to be completed by end-May.
Level 3 – Walls are up and now waiting for roof to finish off, services rough-in and sheeting.
Our current schedule for Silverpoint has Occupational Completion in August – more accurate timing to be provided in the coming months.

Stage One Pre-Sales: 35% Sold in just 2 weeks, only 10 Remaining
We are pleased to share some exciting insights from Jared Buncombe, Coho Property’s Development Manager, regarding the Silverpoint project and Coho Property’s ongoing project pipeline.

February 2024
February is another exciting milestone month for the construction team who are only days away from completing Apartment G01 which will serve as a Silverpoint display suite and onsite Coho Property sales office.
Apartment G01 is the only ground floor residence out of 17 apartments at Silverpoint. This uniquely special and easily accessible floor plan features 2 bedrooms, a study, 2 bathrooms and direct garage access. January 2024
The first order of business in the new year is to get the Silverpoint display suite set up and ready for pre-sales in March. Display suite wardrobes, flooring and tiling are now complete while framing have commenced on Levels 1 and 2 leading into rough-ins in February.
December2023
It has been a huge week before some well-deserved time off for our construction team. Construction will be recommencing on 10 January 2024.
November 2023
The second half of the Level 2 slab was poured in early November. HVAC installation, insulation and sheeting are also in progress at Unit 1 located on the ground floor level. This is intended to be the Silverpoint display suite. Further announcement on display suite opening dates and presales to follow.
October 2023
The Silverpoint construction team are hitting their stride with less than 12 months remaining to completion. The first stage slab for Level 2 has been poured, with the second stage expected to be completed in mid-October.
September 2023
We are springing into action. The fit-out in the ground floor apartments has commenced while the wall-framing and service rough-ins are also progressing steadily. The first stage of Level 2 slab was poured on 28 September 2023. Overall, we are thrilled with the team’s effort and result this month.
