Do you ever walk past or drive by and wonder what has been happening behind the mesh fence and all the scaffolding at Silverpoint? Below are some impressive progress achieved by the Construction Team in the month of March:

Ground Floor: Driveway completed in time for the Silverpoint onsite display suite soft opening and Stage 1 pre-sales.

Level 1 interior walls are up ready for painting while Level 2 services fit-out is all complete ready to proceed to sheeting in April 2024.

Level 3 penthouse walls and roof work due to start from April 2024 onwards.
