Detailing and Final Cleaning in Progress
Level 1 & 2: Both levels have reached practical completion. Detailing, final cleaning and installation of fly screens are now in progress. Level 1 common hallway carpets have been fitted with Level 2 to follow this week.
Level 3: Carpet has been fitted in all penthouses. Penthouse garage roller doors have been installed. Minor touch-ups, detailing, final cleaning and installation of fly screens are now in progress. Level 3 common hallway carpets to be installed after all penthouse interiors reach practical completion.
Common Areas: BBQ area, storage cages, main entry paving and side sheds are now complete. Cleaning of the ground floor parking and building external is now is now in progress. New fencing to the rear of the building to be installed very soon.
Final Stage
Levels 1 - 2: All internal work are now completed. Protective covering on the flooring are installed until final clean.
Level 3: Carpet installation in progress.
External: Landscaping work is currently being undertaken which is typically indicates the final stage of the build. Pavers are being laid and the gardens are going in today.
We are pleased to share the fire inspection is also happening today. This is to obtain a Fire Safety Certificate which is required when new building work is complete. This certificate confirms that a properly qualified person has installed and checked the measures listed in the fire safety schedule. This helps verify that the measures can perform to the minimum standard. However, we may have to wait for a NSW Fire Brigade inspection that we will know more about later this week.
A statement from the Coho Property construction team will be issued by Friday, 1 November 2024 to better guide you with a timeline to plan and prepare for settlement.
We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time while the construction team prioritise construction completion and compliance checks in preparation to obtaining the Occupancy Certification and Title Registration.

Level 1 – Kitchen appliances, bathrooms, laundry, wardrobes and flooring now installed. Balcony paving now in progress.
Level 2 – Bathrooms and wardrobes installation now complete. Joinery installation in laundry and kitchen now in progress. Flooring and balcony paving commencing soon.
Level 3 – Plasterboard and painting now complete. Tiling now in progress. Kitchen, wardrobe and laundry installation commencing soon.
Our current projected completion remains to be for Occupational Certificate in mid-October. Please note it is typical for title registration to take 2-3 weeks following Occupational Certificate.
July 2024
Since commencing presales in March 2024, our Silverpoint Nelson Bay project has garnered a remarkable response. We wish to express our appreciation for the unwavering dedication of our building partner, Drew Construction Group, whose diligent efforts onsite are ensuring a high quality project is delivered during challenging industry conditions.
Our current projected completion is for Occupational Certificate in mid-late October. We have experienced delays due to inclement rainy weather preventing a clear run at rendering of external areas, and a material supply constraint delaying completion of the Level 3 external walls. Now the latter is resolved we will see the scaffolding come down in stages from mid-August.
