Scaffolding coming down now revealing the facade as the countdown to completion begins

  • Level 1 – Kitchen appliances, bathrooms, laundry, wardrobes and flooring now installed. Balcony paving now in progress.

  • Level 2 – Bathrooms and wardrobes installation now complete. Joinery installation in laundry and kitchen now in progress. Flooring and balcony paving  commencing soon.

  • Level 3 – Plasterboard and painting now complete. Tiling now in progress. Kitchen, wardrobe and laundry installation commencing soon.

Our current projected completion remains to be for Occupational Certificate in mid-October. Please note it is typical for title registration to take 2-3 weeks following Occupational Certificate.
