February is another exciting milestone month for the construction team who are only days away from completing Apartment G01 which will serve as a Silverpoint display suite and onsite Coho Property sales office.

Apartment G01 is the only ground floor residence out of 17 apartments at Silverpoint. Other works continue around the site.

Levels 1 & 2 fit out has begun, with services rough-ins being finalised this week and sheeting starting by end of February.

Level 3 (The Penthouses) walls are going up, with structural steel expected early March.
