Detailing and Final Cleaning in Progress
Level 1 & 2: Both levels have reached practical completion. Detailing, final cleaning and installation of fly screens are now in progress. Level 1 common hallway carpets have been fitted with Level 2 to follow this week.
Level 3: Carpet has been fitted in all penthouses. Penthouse garage roller doors have been installed. Minor touch-ups, detailing, final cleaning and installation of fly screens are now in progress. Level 3 common hallway carpets to be installed after all penthouse interiors reach practical completion.
Common Areas: BBQ area, storage cages, main entry paving and side sheds are now complete. Cleaning of the ground floor parking and building external is now is now in progress. New fencing to the rear of the building to be installed very soon.
September 2024
Silverpoint scaffolding has come down revealing the facade of the building.
Level 1 - Carpets, robes and light fixtures are now installed. Balcony pavers are now in progress.
Level 2 - Light fixtures are now installed. Balcony pavers, robes and carpet are now in progress.
Level 3 - Tiling, flooring and joinery installation now in progress.
Balustrades have been installed for all balconies.
July 2024
Since commencing presales in March 2024, our Silverpoint Nelson Bay project has garnered a remarkable response. We wish to express our appreciation for the unwavering dedication of our building partner, Drew Construction Group, whose diligent efforts onsite are ensuring a high quality project is delivered during challenging industry conditions.
Our current projected completion is for Occupational Certificate in mid-late October. We have experienced delays due to inclement rainy weather preventing a clear run at rendering of external areas, and a material supply constraint delaying completion of the Level 3 external walls. Now the latter is resolved we will see the scaffolding come down in stages from mid-August.

Level 1 – Tiling, flooring and joinery installation now complete
Level 2 – Tiling, flooring and joinery installation now in progress
Level 3 – Plasterboard and painting now in progress
April 2024
The Silverpoint onsite display suite opening has been such a huge success. We have been overwhelmed by feedback from our visitors on the quality of the build, variety and spaciousness of the floor plans particularly from our downsizing clients and the interior finishes selection from the display suite.

Roof going on from 6 May 2024 despite the frequent heavy rain in Nelson Bay lately.
Level 1 – Painting and tiling complete, joinery expected to be completed by end-May.
Level 2 – Painting and tiling to be completed by end-May.
Level 3 – Walls are up and now waiting for roof to finish off, services rough-in and sheeting.
Our current schedule for Silverpoint has Occupational Completion in August – more accurate timing to be provided in the coming months.
March 2024
Do you ever walk past or drive by and wonder what has been happening behind the mesh fence and all the scaffolding at Silverpoint? Below are some impressive progress achieved by the Construction Team in the month of March:
Ground Floor: Driveway completed in time for the Silverpoint onsite display suite soft opening and Stage 1 pre-sales.
Level 1 interior walls are up ready for painting while Level 2 services fit-out is all complete ready to proceed to sheeting in April 2024.
Level 3 penthouse walls and roof work due to start from April 2024 onwards.
February 2024
February is another exciting milestone month for the construction team who are only days away from completing Apartment G01 which will serve as a Silverpoint display suite and onsite Coho Property sales office.
Apartment G01 is the only ground floor residence out of 17 apartments at Silverpoint. This uniquely special and easily accessible floor plan features 2 bedrooms, a study, 2 bathrooms and direct garage access. Inside showcases the Coastal interior scheme featuring fixtures and finishes that are thoughtfully curated by collaborative efforts of Palm Studios and Coho Property with the ideal Port Stephens downsizers, investors and owner occupiers’ “nice-to-have” everyday luxuries in mind.
Buyers can expect to see natural wooden tones from engineered European oak flooring and quality kitchen joinery, natural white walls, Quantum Quartz stone benchtops complemented by textural elements from the tiles, kitchen bench feature panel designs and cabinetry hardware selection. Other works continue around the site.
Levels 1 & 2 fit out has begun, with services rough-ins being finalised this week and sheeting starting by end of February.
Level 3 (The Penthouses) walls are going up, with structural steel expected early March.
January 2024
The first order of business in the new year is to get the Silverpoint display suite set up and ready for pre-sales in March. Display suite wardrobes, flooring and tiling are now complete while framing have commenced on Levels 1 and 2 leading into rough-ins in February.
December2023
It has been a huge week before some well-deserved time off for our construction team. Construction will be recommencing on 10 January 2024.
The final floor slab was poured in the week before Christmas.
Tiling, painting, flooring, windows and doors have all been installed in the Unit 1 display suite.
November 2023
The crane lift has been installed on site.

The second half of the Level 2 slab was poured in early November. HVAC installation, insulation and sheeting are also in progress at Unit 1 located on the ground floor level. This is intended to be the Silverpoint display suite. Further announcement on display suite opening dates and presales to follow.

The Silverpoint construction team are hitting their stride with less than 12 months remaining to completion. The first stage slab for Level 2 has been poured, with the second stage expected to be completed in mid-October.
